The goods remain the property of cbtoycollectables until full payment is received and all goods will only be shipped upon cleared funds.
Goods may take upto 28 days delivery period, average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
We offer to exchange the goods within 7 days of purchase.
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, providing the goods are returned to us in the same saleable condition as they were received.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
All customers have the legal right to cancel the contract. In order to cancel you must inform us within a period of 7 days starting on the day after the goods are received by you. In case of cancellation, we will return the payment to you within 14 days of the cancellation. If the goods have been dispatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost.
